Job Purpose

 Shift Supervision
 Material collection from assembly as per BOM and handing over to packers.

 Key Responsibilities

 Supervision of packing activities to ensure proper packing procedure is being followed.
 Supervision of Loading and unloading of packed boxes on vehicle
 Supervision of packing activities at warehouse.
 Taking all required snaps of L/F components, box, vaccume seal..etc while packing the equipment..
 Appropriate vehicle arrangement as per box weight and size for optimisation of transport cost.
 Taking measurement of equipment at assembly and ordering box sizes to packer.
 Preparation of Packing list as per BOM in system.
 PR for Services & Packing consumable items indenting.
 Invoice creation in system for local/FIM and expoertdespatches.
 Maintaing records of L/F items in system along with snap evidences.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

 Bachelor/ Diploma of Mechanical engineering.
 Proven experience of 9 to 10 years in mechanical engineering field.
 MIS report in Excel & PowerPoint as per requirement.
 Creating E way Bills along with invoices.
