🛠Your Role: Product Platform Project Manager

 

 

As the Product Platform Project Manager, you will lead complex projects related to the design, development, and execution of innovative electrolyzer platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards.

 

 

📋 Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for platform projects at the system and subsystem levels.
  • Develop and manage project work breakdown structures and schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of platform projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives.
  • Ensure project activities are executed in alignment with predefined timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with the E&I/Stack teams and manufacturing teams to integrate engineering and production workflows.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and serve as the bridge between technical, production, and business units.
  • Define and track the financial breakdown of projects, ensuring accurate monthly reporting of actuals and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure budget compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop mitigation plans and address project deviations promptly to maintain progress.
  • Guarantee that projects adhere to quality, regulatory, and HSE (health, safety, and environmental) standards.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality management systems across all project phases.
  • Act as an arbiter and team player to resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability within the project team.

You will collaborate with a diverse, agile, and multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and product specialists. Reporting to the CTO, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive product excellence and innovation.


 

🧩 Your Profile

 

📚 Experience, Knowledge, and Hard Skills:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or product development, ideally in complex industrial or technological environments (e.g., energy or hydrogen sectors).
  • Strong understanding of system and subsystem project management, with experience in co-engineering practices and collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Expertise in execution-level project management, including managing diverse stakeholders, tight deadlines, and high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Experience in financial tracking, including budget creation, cost breakdown structures, and monitoring actuals and forecasts.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a strong asset.💼
