Job Summary :

 

 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of IT projects within our global “Corporate IT” organization.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects aligned with the business strategy, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, including internal teams and external partners, to meet the organization’s IT transformation goals.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Define and validate project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Implement and enforce JC's project governance standards, methodologies, and project management best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and coordinate internal resources (Business and/or IT) and third parties/vendors.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members, providing direction and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Lead communication efforts with all stakeholders, including business units, architects, and senior management.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost objectives, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Use risk management practices to identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements in project management practices.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, Business, or similar)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, ideally within an international, industrial, or corporate environment.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and engage with complex IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
