About the Role:

 

As an International Mobility Specialist within our Human Resources Corporate Rewards Function, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the global movement of our employees, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition for all international assignments. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will coordinate between tax and immigration suppliers, authorities, internal stakeholders, and incumbents. Your expertise will guarantee the integrity, compliance and quality of the international mobility process, from design to execution, aligning with our company's strategic objectives and ensuring a rewarding and compliant experience for all involved.

The International Mobility Specialist will be part of the local HR team but will report to the Global Head of Reward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Serve as the main liaison for all queries related to international mobility, involving tax and immigration suppliers, authorities, internal stakeholders, and incumbents.

 

Document Management: Accurately fill and manage all official documentation necessary for the international mobility process.

 

Information Gathering: Collect and organize information to compile comprehensive files for stakeholders, ensuring the availability of required documentation.

 

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to international mobility policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality throughout the process.

 

Process Management: Oversee and ensure the timely and successful execution of the international mobility process, from assignment initiation to conclusion, adhering to dedicated timelines.

 

Tracking and Support: Monitor the international trajectory of incumbents throughout their assignment, providing continuous support and addressing any challenges that arise.

 

Legal Monitoring: Follow rule’s changes in all regions covered by IM politics and share with the Reward team.

 

Corporate Rewards Function Support: Actively contribute to the HR reward corporate function, offering support and insights to enhance the global reward processes.

 

Process Design and Improvement: Participate in the design of international mobility processes and develop recommendations (REX) based on real-world experiences to drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international mobility, HR, or a related field, with a strong understanding of tax, immigration, and compliance issues.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and documents meticulously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising between various stakeholders and authorities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of HR practices, particularly in rewards and international mobility.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications in global mobility would be advantageous.

  • In depth knowledge of Excel.
