Job Purpose

  1. Support the site organization of EIA works
  2. Supervise EIA works
  3. EAI Works on site performed with required quality level, according to design documentation
  4. Support and follow up the erection planning (1month, weekly, daily) for EIA works
  5. Respect the HSE plan, with objective of no accident, no injuries, reporting the defined HSE KPI and major events
    1. Analyze HSE plan of EIA sub-contractors and insure it is in line with JCH2 HSE plan.
    2. Join – support Daily toolbox meeting:
      1. Coactivity’s works for each zone
      2. Support the required Consignments, Loto (Lock out Tag out) for all utilities
      3. Check that right PPE’s are used for appropriate works
      4. Analyze possible pollution risks, hazardous products,
    3. Support preparation of required work permits (hot works, consignments, …)
    4. Safety inspections
    5. Report HSE events

 

  1. Join Kick-off meeting with EAI subcontractors
  2. Support for keeping updated inventory of received goods/ tools, spares parts (for JCH2 and specifically for EAI sub-contractors)
  3. Monitor progress of the EAI works, people presence, site expenses
  4. Validation of EIA sub-contractors weekly site progress works
  5. Coordination with other stake holders to prepare and define the appropriate steps of EAI works to have an overall efficiency of the activities
  6. Organize, Support the QC team for quality inspections of EAI works (according to ITP)
    1. Support for availability of all required utilities
    2. Support required Loto
    3. Reporting, progress of QC for MEP activities

 

  1. Support third parties’ certifications for EIA activities in accordance with the ITP
  2. Organize Atex audit with specialized third party
  3. Reporting of possible NCRs related to EIA works (with possible application available on site)
  4. Reporting of REX propositions
  5. Keep updated documentation on site (at least with as-built hand marked)
  6. Reporting and follow up of Punch lists for EAI works. (with possible application available on site)

Experience:

  • At least 10 years experience for industrial EPC projects in Oil & Gas
  • Willing to locate close to the site (Kakinada or NRL) till end of the project (return maximum every 3 months)
  • MS office
  • MS project
  • Safety training - certification
  • Able to understand and supervise the full power system : from High Voltage till Low Voltage till instrumentation
  • Instrumentation knowledge – Hart Protocol
  • Process knowledge – able to read P&ID
  • ATEX certification / training
  • Good knowledge and experience with main EAI EPC contractors in India.
  • Experience with European companies
  • Experience with Chinese companies
  • having managed a pool of people / subcontractors: total  > 20 people
