Nature and Scope of the Mission 


The Technical Project Manager is responsible for all technical aspects (coordination of engineering 
activities, conceptualization, interface management, customer and supplier follow-up, coordination with 
internal and external specialists, etc.) of project realization, including the integration of security, quality 
standards, and environmental considerations. They may also be involved in research and development 
projects, contributing to the development of innovative technical solutions that meet customer needs.


Responsibilities 


The main responsibilities of the TPM Stack include the technical project management from contract 
acquisition to signing, aiming to:


• Optimize the technical results specified in the contract.
• Adhere to the project schedule, managing technical and commercial risks.
• Manage the budget and optimize costs.
• Establish a project team and develop skills for the entity and the Group by sharing the experience 
gained during project execution.
• Maintain contact with the client regarding all technical aspects to achieve total customer 
satisfaction.
• Coordinate and plan operations assigned to each contributor (internal and external) with the 


Project manager, ensuring adherence to:


• Technical specifications assigned to each contributor.
• Conditions and specifications agreed with the client.
• Procedures (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, VCA...) and technical notes.
• Coordinate and manage the technical team (draftsmen, designers, specialized engineers...).
• Coordinate engineering subcontractors.
• Coordinate technically with consortium partners.
• Establish technical specifications for equipment procurement, support and assistance for technical 
comparison of proposals, technical discussions with suppliers, contract negotiation.
• Technical management of suppliers (compliance with technical work, schedule, etc.).
• Design and verification of components or conceptualization of equipment, including validation or 
completion of calculations.
• Monitoring and verification of engineering, approval of documents and/or drawings.
• Validation or complete/partial completion of work assigned to a specialized engineer.
• Development and monitoring of all technical documentation related to the project.
• Overall coordination between projects and other activities in its business.
• Monitoring of "products/markets" regarding any development that could add value to the Group 
(feedback, clients...).
• Expert role in their field for all other projects within the entity or the Group.


Profile 


The Technical Project Manager Stack has a generalist profile. As such, they have a strong interest in 
technical subjects and demonstrate project management skills.


Requirements:


• Master's degree in applied sciences.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical environment.
• Experience as a designer/project engineer in the oil and gas or energy sector is an asset.
• Available for short-term missions abroad.


Technical Skills:


• Ability to understand and analyze client technical specifications.
• Knowledge and understanding of the main codes and standards used in our field (mainly EN, ISO, 
ASME).
• Understanding of P&ID diagrams and process approach.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Understanding of the market and business environment in which we operate.
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) and ideally French.
