Your role

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the execution and coordination of industrial energy service projects, from preparation to on-site implementation.

You will progressively develop strong technical expertise while supporting project management activities such as planning, coordination of field teams, cost control, quality and safety follow-up. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and technical experts, and act as a key interface between internal teams and customers.

This role offers a strong learning curve, combining engineering, field presence and customer interaction, in a highly regulated and safety-driven environment.


 

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of service projects, including technical analysis and participation in offer preparation
  • Contribute to the operational execution of industrial energy projects (maintenance, equipment replacement, piping, pressure equipment)
  • Coordinate field activities in close collaboration with site teams and subcontractors
  • Monitor project planning, costs and progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare project reporting and documentation
  • Maintain regular operational contact with customers
  • Be present on site according to project needs (Belgium)

 

Your team

You will join a highly skilled and close-knit project team within the Service Energy Business Line, working closely with Project Managers, engineers, technicians and field experts.

You will be supported and trained by experienced professionals, notably Thierry Closson (N+1) and Mohammed Senhaji (N+2), in an environment that promotes knowledge sharing, rigor, teamwork and continuous improvement.

The work culture combines the agility of a local team with the strength of an international industrial group.


 

Your profile

Experience & technical background

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering or project management in an industrial or infrastructure environment
  • Initial exposure to industrial projects (energy, maintenance, piping, equipment)
  • Strong interest in developing technical expertise in:
    • Industrial boilers
    • Piping
    • Pressure equipment
  • Ability to work with technical documentation, procedures and standards
  • Languages: French (mandatory), English (professional level)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and solution-driven
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a highly technical environment
  • Comfortable working in a safety-critical and highly regulated context
