Context:

 

At John Cockerill H2, we consider Customer Support as crucial to empower our customers’ business, and develop long time partnership, by bringing the best solutions and services, securing safety, productivity, and efficiency of their operations.
Customer Support is a new organization preparing its operational start, building first 4 main pillars: people & competences, footprint, portfolio, and methods & tools, establishing the basics on which we will build and grow the future Customer Support business.
4 priority transformation projects have been identified, and one of them is to develop a H2 Tech Academy, full set-up: programs, contents, materials, logistics, systems, people… Once the H2 Tech Academy established, the H2 Tech Academy Project Manager will have the opportunity to take over the management of the Academy or of an extended department covering more than training.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Not to do a long list of tasks, as this is a start-up approach for which the H2 Tech Academy Project Manager will create his own path with a high level of autonomy, here is a no exhaustive list:


-    From initial input, capture and qualify customers’ needs to formalize clear and aligned requirements.
-    Develop the Customer Support training programs, establishing a roadmap with priorities.
-    Build the global H2 Tech training network, footprint, and partnerships.
-    Implement the H2 Tech training organization within Customer Support, with the right people at the right place, finding the correct balance between global and regional.
-    Leverage on John Cockerill Group internal expertise (ADDIE methodology, Virtual Maintenance Training, simulators, languages).
-    Partner with the HR organization and identify potential synergies extending the H2 Tech Academy over Customer Support programs.
-    Establish the end-to-end process, including the necessary tools to run it, from identifying training needs to delivering training sessions accordingly.
-    Be part of the documentation development and management process.
-    Partner with Product Development to adapt training contents and anticipate future needs.
-    Contribute to the offers built for the first customers’ projects.

 

Your profile:

 

-    Self-starter working in an agile way within a green-field project.
-    Training development expertise delivering customer satisfaction.
-    Proven experience in driving cross functional projects in a highly changing environment.
-    Ability to innovate in the way of doing things.
-    Strong interest for products and technologies.
-    Enjoying working in a growing company (changing a lot and quickly), in a global and multicultural context. 
-    Working hard and having fun.
-    High technical education as Electromechanical and/or Process Industrial Engineer.
