Your role

As an SAP Logistics Functional Analyst (Senior), you will act as a key functional expert within the SAP Knowledge Owners team (SAP Logistics: PS-MM-SD-PP-PM-QM).

You will support both operational stability and strategic transformation initiatives, including the Group’s SAP S/4HANA transition.

Your role combines functional expertise, business proximity, and cross-module collaboration within a complex SAP landscape (FI, CO etc.).

Mid-term, you will act as a referent for your area of expertise and ensure the proper dispatching of the work across all SAP Logistics experts.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence of the SAP Logistics landscape (support, maintenance, continuous improvement)
  • Evolve to a Functional Referent role for Logistics Modules (PS-MM-SD-PP-PM-QM) processes across the Group, and become mid-term the contact point for the other Logistics Experts
  • Ensure the solution tasks are properly dispatched across our SAP Logistics experts (JIRA) based in both Belgium and India
  • Provide support, training and coaching to key users and end users
  • Ensure proper documentation of Logistics processes and system set-up
  • Manage user roles and authorizations
  • Contribute to SAP projects (rollouts, enhancements, S/4HANA transition)
  • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: analysis, blueprint, configuration, testing, documentation and training
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between SAP solutions and operational needs
  • Ensure consistency of the solution design and the processes across multiple entities and countries
  • Promote cross-collaboration with other Enterprise Applications Streams when needed (SAP Financials, SAP Platform etc. …)

You will join a transversal SAP Knowledge Owners team working in a collaborative and international environment.

The team operates in close connection with business stakeholders, other SAP functional experts and external consultants, within a culture focused on knowledge sharing, autonomy and continuous improvement.

 

Your profile

Experience & technical skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP Functional Analyst (Logistics Focus)
  • Strong expertise in SAP Logistics modules:
    • PS, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM
  • Good understanding of FI & CO (no deep specialization required)
  • Experience in integrated SAP environments (multi-module interaction)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Experience in industrial or engineering environments is an advantage
  • JIRA / Confluence knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with offshore teams is a plus

Functional mindset
