Your role : E&I Manager

As a E&I Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and technical management of electrical and instrumentation scopes of industrial projects while leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians.

📋 Key responsibilities :

  • Team Management: Lead and guide a team of engineers and technicians, allocating tasks, managing priorities, and ensuring professional development.
  • Project Oversight: Track project progress, ensure alignment with technical specifications, budgets, and timelines, and manage resources effectively.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the main technical point of contact with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Technical Proposal & Planning: Define technical solutions, validate scope, and contribute to project planning, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Normative & Technological Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring their application throughout the projects.

👥 Your team:

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will manage the execution of projects while ensuring the continuous growth of your team members. You will also interact with other departments to ensure smooth project execution. The environment is collaborative, offering the perfect balance of autonomy and support.

You’ll report to Thomas Streel, Vice President Energy. Thomas provides clear structure and expects their team members to demonstrate rigor and curiosity. He is versatile and offers support to his team whenever necessary.


🧠 Your profile:

Experience, knowledge, and hard skills:

  • Engineering degree or above specialising in electricity, instrumentation or industrial automation.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or energy sector, with experience in managing a team.
  • Proficiency in interpreting low voltage electrical diagrams, automation architectures, and P&IDs.
  • Skills in, and/or willingness to develop knowledge in instrumentation and industrial valves.
  • Strong command of English and French.

  • Curiosity and a critical thinking attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communication, openness, and assertiveness to foster collaboration.
