Join Transurb Simulation, a Belgian leader in rail training simulators, and help shape the future of the railway sector worldwide!We’re looking for a Sales & Business Developer to support our global growth. You’ll be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that designs high-tech, tailor-made simulation solutions for railway training centers and mobility operators around the world.
Your role- Identify and convert new leads into long-term clients.
- Take ownership of your own client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Craft winning proposals and complex tender submissions for international projects.
- Manage and develop relationships with both public and private stakeholders.
- Represent Transurb at fairs, client demos, and events (20-30 travel days/year).
- Collaborate with our technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Your profile- You speak excellent English and French.
- German proficiency is a great advantage to help prospect in the DACH region.
- You hold a degree in business, marketing, communications, languages, or engineering — or a related field that helps you thrive in a sales and tech-driven environment.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech, engineering, or transport sectors.
- You’re a strong communicator and a confident presenter and writer.
- You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and craft complex, compelling proposals that take every technical, commercial, and client-specific detail into account.
- You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Comfortable working mostly from our Namur office with occasional international travel.
