Main Responsabilities

  • Draft contractual correspondence in both French and English.
  • Support proposal teams in contract analysis and negotiation.
  • Assist in contract administration (customers and suppliers) and claim management during project execution.
  • Provide legal support for the business in coordination with the Group’s Commercial & Legal department.
  • Train teams in contract administration, promote best practices, and assist in claim preparation.
  • Promote tools for contract administration: Scope of Work, RASCI matrix, deviation lists, MCPR schedules, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Attend meetings with customers, partners, and suppliers alongside project teams to secure conditions, margins, and cash collection.
  • Develop and maintain a network of outsourced resources to support and advise the business.
  • When required, support local representatives, coach project teams, and be involved in negotiations and cash collection.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide upon request.

Profil

  • A background in contract management, with relevant training, and significant experience in the industry, maintenance contracts, and public contracts is essential.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and listening) and french.
  • Ability to quickly analyze contracts and identify important aspects.
  • Strong skills in identifying risks and opportunities for projects.
  • Ability to analyze problematic situations in complex environments.
  • Capable of developing and implementing resolution methodologies.
  • Ability to provide recommendations, propose solutions, and develop scenarios for improvement.
  • Knowledge of taxation, insurance, and accounting is a plus.
  • Experience in managing the administrative and economic aspects of contract amendments.
  • Experience managing commercial disputes.
  • Ability to draft or verify contract compliance.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in engineering contract management.
  • Must be available for temporary missions, sometimes on short notice, including international travel, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
