Accountabilities
- Administrative Support to ensure a fair, consistent and efficient employee experience:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties to ensure compliance with labor law, company agreements and processes, including immigration processes
- Ensure smooth payroll implementation with service agreement and providers
- Provide clerical and administrative support leveraging P&C Model: do yourself, leverage GBS team and drive continuous adoption for more self-service with our tools (ServiceNow, Oracle)
- Maintain employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs (including car policy).
- Contribute to deliver HR reporting to drive HR decision by the business and the mother companies for Rely
- Recruitment and Onboarding to attract and propel talents:
- Enhance candidate experience by facilitating recruitment organization between Manager, HR Manager and RPO team
- Coordinate new hire orientations and coach managers to prepare onboarding materials
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete and payroll processed (services provided by mother companies)
- In case of move, lead promotion implementation from communication with the manager to payroll execution
- Ensures data integrity in all activities and assigned tasks
- HR Projects and Initiatives based on your interest
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy development.
- Scope could be progressively enlarged to other geographies, and covered also people working for Rely from our Mother Companies.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related)
- HR related career experience (Admin & Payroll experience is a plus)
- Problem solving mindset

- Strong client/employee service mindset
- Planning and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
