Position Summary

Inside the CTO team (4 p) and the Joint Innovation Platform with John Cockerill H2, you will be an expert for the area ‘electrical, instrumentation, and digital’. This will include:

• Topics related to power supply, global electrical performance contributing to the optimal power consumption, including the performance regarding the grid Connection.
• Topics related to instrumentation, according to market standards, but also to the needs of RELY for the digital tools aimed at supporting the O&M services and the EMS as well.
• In relation to IT teams, develop the digital tools that will be part of RELY’s offer.

In addition, as an expert in your domain, you provide support to various project teams, inside RELY or JIP for innovation projects, and when needed, to industrial projects implemented by RELY.

The position is based in BRUXELLES.

Accountabilities

• Provides support to RELY’s teams in engineering, sales, & proposal as well, in the expertise fields.

• Monitors its field of expertise in patents, innovative R&D projects, remarkable achievements that could inspire RELY’s developments.

• Suggest innovation or development projects for products in its domain that could improve RELY’s products and offerings.
• Can participate or lead projects, managed inside RELY or the JIP, or in consortium with other partners.
• As an expert inside CTO, is responsible for the production of technical papers, training support, or communication documents, used internally or externally and contributing to the visibility of RELY and its knowledge management policy.
