Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver projects encompassing the entire Digital Workplace landscape, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and associated tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level implementations, migrations, and optimizations within the broader scope of digital transformation. Excellent communication and coordination skills are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Digital Workplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Digital Workplace Expertise:
- Oversee the implementation, migration, and customization of Digital Workplace solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy secure, scalable, and efficient digital environments.
- Drive adoption and training programs to ensure effective use of digital tools across the organization.
- Integration and M&A Operations:
- Manage the integration of business units in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) using Digital Workplace tools.
- Ensure seamless consolidation of IT systems, data, and collaboration platforms across acquired entities.
- Align M&A activities with overall organizational goals to achieve successful integrations.
- Third-party apps & services integration:
- Support projects involving DocuSign and other common third-party enterprise SaaS applications and services to ensure smooth integration with broader Digital Workplace solutions.
- Take part in third-party applications and services integrations in the existing Digital Workplace landscape.
- Leverage knowledge of Sharegate, and familiarity with Project Online, Bit Titan, and AvePoint (all considered assets), for migrations and integrations.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
- Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in Digital Workplace and Microsoft 365 projects.
- Strong expertise in Teams and SharePoint Online implementations as well as Microsoft Entra and Azure.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Qualifications Considered Assets:
- Experience with DocuSign and SharePoint On-Premises (SharePoint SE Edition).
- Expertise on Microsoft Teams Voice & Telephony capabilities.
- Knowledge of Sharegate, with familiarity in Project Online, Bit Titan, and AvePoint.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for IT Service Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of French language is considered a strong asset
